No Smoking HK$5000

Kala transit di Bandara Internasional Hongkong, menarik sekali ketika melihat ada tulisan “NO SMOKING – maximum penalty HK$5000”.  Sungguh memang peraturan itu diterapkan dengan baik. Tak satu pun terlihat ada orang yang sedang merokok di tempat umum. Sungguh udara menjadi lebih bersih dan segar untuk dinikmati.

Parahnya ketika mendarat di Bandara Cengkareng! Tiga detik pertama setelah berada di pintu keluar, langsung di hadang dengan orang-orang yang merokok sembarangan. Tanpa merasa bersalah mereka merokok di tengah-tengah penumpang yang sedang menunggu untuk dijemput ataupun sedang menuju lapangan parkir.

Lebih parah lagi! Pada area yang airnya bisa diminum malah dijadikan tempat merokok. Dan wadah (wastafel) untuk minuman tersebut menjadi tempat abu rokok alias asbak!!! Tadinya mau difoto saja kondisi seperti itu, namun apa daya penumpang begitu penuh sesak dan badan sudah letih pula. Semoga di waktu mendatang pengelola Bandara Cengkareng mampu berbenah agar menjadi lebih baik. Ngga enak rasanya bila kondisi Bandara Internasional sebagai first impression or welcome area bagi orang-orang asing yang berkunjung. Bandara adalah pintu masuk dan area selamat datang bagi para tamu. Bayangkan bila area penyambutan saja tidak terkelola dengan baik, bagaimana dengan area lainnya. Segeralah berbenah!!!!
